Year 5, Key Stage 2 (KS2) Primary Teacher - Leeds

Accelerate Teaching has an exciting opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher to join one of our client primary schools located in the East side of Leeds. We are currently seeking an experienced KS2, Year 5 Primary Teacher to fill a full-time position at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Primary School starting as soon as possible for the right person. The role will continue until at least the Christmas break.

Role Responsibilities: As a Year 5 Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of students within this school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Employing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Assessing student progress and implementing targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each student.

To excel in this role as a teacher, you should have:
