Physical education teacher
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Contract: Temporary (with potential for longer-term opportunities)
Start Date: April 2026
Pay: 130 to 200 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications)
Are you a qualified PE Teacher with a passion for engaging young people with sport? Term Time Teachers is currently recruiting an experienced and energetic P.E. teacher for a school in Tunbridge Wells. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed PE teacher who will deliver high quality lessons.
About the Role:
- Teaching Physical Education to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 students.
- Delivering high-quality, engaging PE lessons
- Creating and delivering lesson plans to meet a range of abilities
- Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment
What You Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school setting
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Hold the right to work In the UK
- Be able to provide references for the last 2 years
