About the role
Working within our team of tutors, you'll be committed to delivering excellent teaching/learning programmes to students of all abilities, whilst actively promoting the Institute's programmes. You'll strive to continuously improve the quality of teaching within your sessions, by planning and preparing learning materials and engaging with the college's development programmes.
You'll hold a Level 3 Qualification in an engineering, manufacturing and/or welding & fabricating discipline or a professional industrial qualification within the sector, alongside industrial experience within the engineering or manufacturing sector. Teaching experience is desirable, and you must have a positive approach to work and a willingness to take on new tasks. With excellent IT and communication skills, you'll be committed to inspiring the next generation of engineers!
If successful, you'll be welcomed to the College with a full induction programme to support you in your new role.
