A friendly primary school in the South West London Borough of Merton is looking for a Nursery class teacher to join their friendly and committed EYFS staff from January.
The Head Teacher of this high performing school is looking for an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage to teach in a Nursery class. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of EYFS teaching experience, preferably within Nursery. Overseas trained teachers are welcome to apply, however at least 2 years EYFS equivalent class teaching experience is essential to be considered for this position.
Located in the inner London borough of Merton a short walk from Wimbledon station, this school has great public transport links for anyone coming from London or the surrounding areas and a car park for their staff.
Within the Early Years Foundation Stage the pupils are enthusiastic learners and love to be challenged. Behaviour is generally very good within EYFS and across the school. The Head Teachers has high expectations for both the pupils and staff and this gives staff a common drive and ambition.
There is a great opportunity to develop the work within this EYFS class making it more effective and to challenge the children. The role will be working alongside experienced and supportive Nursery Support Staff.
