Are you a qualified secondary Teacher of English, with Qualified Teacher Status? Looking for a new challenge? Look no further, we have some fantastic opportunities available, as we currently have large demand for Teachers of English. I am currently recruiting for 3 different teaching roles, including some long-term and short-term positions.
It is essential you specialise in English as your first subject and have experience of teaching at KS3 & 4. You will be creative and possess good organisational skills with the ability to think on your feet. This is an excellent opportunity to make a major contribution to the continued success of the English department.
Your lessons should be inspiring and engaging for students of all ages. You will work with a team of specialists and will display a passion and enthusiasm in order to motivate all students. You must be committed to upholding the work ethos of the school and the department. You will have opportunities to access the CPD programme that the schools offer, complementing your current teaching methodologies.
To be considered for this position of Teacher of English you must:
*Have experience teaching to at least KS4
*Plan and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
*Ensure that all students work their hardest to achieve the highest results
*Hold QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
