Early Years Teacher - Litherland There are a number of schools in the Litherland area who are in need of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers on a day to day basis. Although the role is based in Litherland and it would be ideal if you were local to the area, it is easily commutable from all areas of Liverpool, This role is for an IMMEDIATE START. The Candidate will: -Have experience and knowledge of working with young children of the ages 1-5. -Have a clear understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how children best progress at that age. -Be passionate and enthusiastic about the development of children in their early years and a real drive to accelerate their progress as much as possible. -Be able to hold relationships with parents, other members of staff and of course the children. This will require excellent communication skills and the candidate will be able to adapt and vary communication style to suit individual needs. -The candidate will be able to create a fun and interactive teaching environment where children make significant progress and develop at a steady pace. -Have fantastic behaviour management. The schools and nurseries we work with pride themselves on their interactive and friendly educational relationship with young children. Together, they make great progress on a daily basis and would expect you to contribute and engage as much as you possibly can whilst with the school.
