Teacher required in Birmingham SEN School from September

Location: Birmingham

Duration: Full time, September start

Salary: Dependant on Experience

The School:

This is a SEN setting located within North Birmingham who are seeking a strong teacher of English for a full time role from September.

The role:

The role is for a qualified teacher or previous head of faculty who is a specialist in SEN and English. This role is to start in September with the candidate working full time in the school teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils who have MLD needs. You will need an outstanding knowledge of these special needs and have recent, SEN school based experience to be considered for this position.

Requirements:

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

Degree in English

Outstanding SEN knowledge

Level 1 safeguarding certificate

Experience working with SEN pupils

Able to provide references

A full DBS
