Job Description

Our Learning Support Plus service recognises that the most important resource in schools is the quality of staff. Monarch Education are currently working in partnership with a high number of schools across the West Midlands, who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to work with pupils in their schools with additional needs. If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new challenge, we would be very interested in speaking to you further. Pupils who require this additional support may have needs such as: *ASD (Autism) *Specific Learning Disorders (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Dyscalculia) *SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) *Moderate Learning Difficulties *Physical Difficulties *Severe Learning Difficulties Monarch Education are actively recruiting Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants who have experience supporting pupils with additional needs. You will be confident building effective relationships with identified pupils, working with a wider school team to support the pupil's inclusion. You will be responsible for encouraging the positive emotional, social and academic development of these children.
