EBD/SEN specialist Teaching Assistants required to work in a Wiltshire schools

Our Learning Support Plus service recognises that the most important resource in schools is the quality of staff. Monarch Education are currently working in partnership with a high number of schools across Wiltshire, who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to work with pupils in their schools with behavioural issues and additional needs. This includes working in Primary, Secondary and specialist schools. If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new challenge, we would be very interested in speaking to you further.
Pupils who require this additional support may have needs such as:
*SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health)
*Specific Learning Disorders (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Dyscalculia)
*Moderate Learning Difficulties
Monarch Education are actively recruiting Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants who have experience supporting pupils with behavioural issues and additional needs. You will be confident working with pupils with challenging behaviour, building effective relationships with identified pupils, working with a wider school team to support the pupil's inclusion. You will be responsible for encouraging the positive emotional, social and academic development of these children. Training in areas such as Team-Teach is an advantage but are not essential.

The schools we work with appreciate the positive relationships we build with our teaching Assistants and this is evident when they speak to our staff. Whilst the roles are initially temporary, our placements often lead to long-term and permanent roles with the schools. We are also able to offer opportunities to work with SEN/ EBD pupils in areas further afield including, but not limited to, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham.
