Position: Support Staff
Our client is putting together a dynamic team of people to generate potential new clients for government-funded training and employment. The essence of the job is as follows:
To approach retailers, businesses and employers face-to-face and fill out a Needs Analysis form with them, to assess whether they are eligible for free government-funded staff training and recruitment.
It's not a hard sell as all the services are free and beneficial to potential clients - they just aren't aware they exist! The Needs Analysis form will also be followed up by a sales team, so closing deals isn't essential.

At the end of the assignment interviews will be held for permanent positions in the company (a more 360 Employer Engagement role), with tangible and fast opportunities for progression. Starting permanent salary will be £27,000, progressing to £29,000 after 3 month probationary period.
