Job Description

Capita Education (CER) would like to welcome a gifted and determined Drama teacher for a secondary school based in South Birmingham. You will have experience teaching across key stages 3 and 4 and will demonstrate a track record of good and outstanding teaching practice. Good teaching here is instrumental in providing for pupils who need extra help, and also those who are most able to make progress. Pupils feel like they are safe and well taken care of by members of staff within school. Their behaviour is good; children do what they are asked to do and they have positive attitudes to learning, which helps them achieve well. Senior leaders in this school have been effective in developing the expertise of staff to enable them to take responsibility for leading different aspects of the school's day to day running.
