Monarch Education are working with an Ofsted rated "Good" school in Redbridge in London who are looking to appoint University graduates from English, Mathematics and Science based degrees to support their students within these subjects! Graduate Teaching Assistant Position: ***London, Redbridge ***1 Year Contracts ***Perfect posts for those looking to pursue a career in teaching! ***£12,000-£16,000 (the pro-rata salary) Located in London in the borough of Redbridge this secondary school are looking to appoint a number of University Graduates to teaching Assistant roles for the academic year 2016/17. These posts are offered on a full time basis and will continue for at least 1 year, starting in September 2016. Our client school are looking to appoint graduates who will be able to provide support to their GCSE and A-Level groups, providing a variety of 1-1 support, group work and in class support. The successful applicants will find themselves working with a variety of pupils with varied ability. You could be working with pupils who require additional support to hit their targeted attainment grades, or working with the Gifted and talented trying to push them to achieve their potential. The school provide a supportive environment with "Good" or "Outstanding" teachers who will provide guidance and support in your new role as well as the SENCo and Deputy Head who have a track record in supporting those new into the education sector and who have a track record in successfully supporting candidates in developing their skill set and securing places on teacher training courses for the following year.
