The London Teaching Pool Ltd is a privately owned Education Consultancy (members of the REC) specialising in the provision of quality teachers for long-term assignments (minimum commitment of half a term) and permanent placements within mainstream Primary and Secondary schools and special needs units.
The London Teaching Pool's aim is to provide an unequalled service dedicated to teaching professionals. We believe that placing talented teaching staff in our schools will ensure the greatness of our future generation.
As such, we endeavour to tailor our service to each individual and maximise their skills and knowledge with further training by offering all our teachers the opportunity of CPD. We are committed to helping all our teachers realise their full potential and our Professional Development Consultant visits all our teachers on-site to assess their performance and offer mentoring and further training. This unique service is extremely successful and many of our schools and teachers are benefiting from the extra support.
As a privately owned agency we are not governed by regimes and have the flexibility to offer a service of most benefit to each school and each individual. Our primary concern is that of the validity and suitability of each candidate to each assignment. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet the criteria given to us on every instruction and match the most qualified and appropriate candidate without exception.
The London Teaching Pool Consulting Team offers over twenty years combined recruitment experience. All Consultants regularly attend industry seminars and courses in order to be kept fully aware of changes within the industry, new laws and regulations and to learn new techniques in order to enhance our services. We are thoroughly professional, yet maintain a friendly, honest approach and are committed to achieving excellence in recruitment
